GreasePro USA ("we", "us") provides operations software for grease and used cooking oil collection companies, including a web application and a mobile driver app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and role, provided by you or your company administrator.
• Operational data — pickups, routes, gallon records, photos of containers and receipts, signatures, and related business records created while using the platform.
• Location data — if you are a driver and turn on location sharing in the mobile app, we collect your device's precise location so dispatchers at your company can see your position on the fleet map. Location sharing is optional and can be turned off at any time in the app. When enabled with background permission, location may continue to be collected while the app is not on screen, until you stop sharing or sign out.
• Device and usage information — app version, device type, and log data used to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

• To provide the service: dispatching, pickup tracking, routing, invoicing, and reporting for your company.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• To communicate service updates and support responses.

Sharing

Your information is visible to authorized members of your own company according to their role (for example, a dispatcher can see driver locations while sharing is on). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing) only as needed to run the platform, under contracts that protect your data.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit. Live driver locations are removed when a driver stops sharing or signs out. Business records are retained while your company's account is active and deleted or archived per our data deletion process after account closure.

Your choices

• Location sharing can be turned on or off at any time in the mobile app.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data — see greaseprousa.com/delete-account.
• You may contact us to access or correct your information.

Children

GreasePro USA is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
