Delete Your GreasePro USA Account
This page applies to the GreasePro USA web app and the GreasePro USA Driver mobile app (Apple App Store and Google Play).
How to request deletion
- Email support@greaseprousa.com from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject "Account deletion request" and include your name and company.
- We verify the request, delete the account, and confirm by email — within 30 days.
Alternatively, ask your company administrator to remove your account from the web app (Team → remove user), then email us to erase remaining personal data.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your login credentials, name, email, phone number, profile data, device registrations, and any live location data (live locations are already removed whenever you stop sharing or sign out).
- Kept: business operational records your company is required to retain (for example completed pickup records, receipts, and invoices). These belong to your employer's company account and are retained per their data retention obligations, no longer linked to an active login.
